‘I’m Shane Levinson, owner and CEO of Vision Flooring, and if there’s one thing you should know about us, it’s that we don’t settle for “good enough.” Our mission is to deliver an experience so exceptional that you can’t help but tell your friends about it.

My journey started in my dad’s window covering business Blind Devotion, where I learned what it takes to provide real customer service. Those early lessons—showing up, doing the job right, and treating every client like family—stuck with me. After high school, I served in the Army, deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan, where I developed the leadership and discipline that would later define my approach to business.

When my enlistment ended, my dad pitched me an idea that changed everything: a flooring company built on service, not just sales. At the time, flooring companies had terrible reputations, no online presence, and little focus on customer experience. We saw an opportunity to do better, and in 2015, Carpets of Arizona was born.

From day one, we focused on delivering a level of service that set us apart. That commitment quickly made us the highest-rated flooring company in the valley, with hundreds of five-star reviews and a growing team of incredible people who share our mission.
